The rooms are spacious compared to Ginza hotels.
My stay had a few challenges. I sometimes heard noise from neighboring rooms, which interrupted my sleep. Additionally, although the location next to the JR station is convenient, it might get chaotic during peak hours. It was also a bit tricky to navigate the entrance due to unclear signage.

great location but breakfast timing needs adjustment
The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room offered an excellent mattress, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast spread included fresh, delicious local dishes that added a unique charm to my mornings. I appreciate that it starts later at 7:00 am, but early risers might find it challenging.
The breakfast timing may not suit guests catching early trains.

Breakfast options were impressive, with fresh dishes like sashimi that truly delighted. However, finding the entrance was challenging due to unclear signage, and the bathroom felt a bit dated. Love the location, right beside the JR station! The rooftop offers free drinks, and they have free curry rice in the evening, which I missed because I was out most of the time!
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what you get.
